This hotel is a lovely retreat right in the heart of old town Sarajevo. The rooms are charming and clean, and the staff went above and beyond during our stay. However, finding parking initially was a challenge, and breakfast could use some improvement. Overall, it was a delightful experience and great value for money.

I can't recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. The hotel is modern and clean, with a cozy room and an amazing shower. The only catch was that our stay felt too short! The staff went above and beyond to provide us with helpful tips and even arranged our airport transportation effortlessly. We truly enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. Overall, this hotel is a gem in a beautiful location.

I had an unexpected change of plans that led me to this hotel, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. My room was clean and cozy, although it was a bit on the smaller side. The staff truly made my stay special, particularly the receptionist who went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. However, during my stay, I noticed that not all staff were as competent, which was a minor downside.
